Reporting by Domains allows you to see which Domain e.g. Gmail, Hotmail and Yahoo has received your campaign, along with the click through rate, the open rate, delivery rate which is shown as a percentage. The clicks, opens, delivered and sent emails are shown as a number. You can narrow down your search by selecting the Year/Month and the campaign.
This report shows all the campaigns that are scheduled/sent, the time it is going out/went out and also the quantity that were/or will be sent out.
This report will show you at a glance where and how many times that particular customer has clicked; the map will have red for hot and blue for cold spots. This feature is easy to use and you can also download the results via a PDF file.
If you have sent out any SMS campaigns, then you can use the SMS reporting feature, simply select the Year/Month and the campaign from the drop down box. The report will show you how many were sent, delivered. Undelivered, not sent, delivery confirmation not received, deleted, expired, accepted, rejected, invalid destination numbers, not enough credit, absent subscriber and unknown.
With Compare reporting you can compare upto ten campaigns at the same time, this will show you the Emails sent, hard bounces, delivered emails, opened emails, opened unique emails, opened unique emails per delivery, click through, click unique through per delivery, failure hard bounces, failure hard bounces per send, failure soft bounces, failure soft bounces per delivery, unsubscribes, unsubscribes per delivery.
With Split Compare Reporting, you can run a report on your split campaigns, this will show you the campaign volume, delivered volume, delivered percentage, open volume, open percentage, unique open, unique open percentage, click volume, click percentage, unique click volume, unique click percentage. You can also send an Email Report or Export the file into excel.
If you have a Google account, you can use the Google Analytics feature. You can set this up by going into settings. Simply use your Google account and password to set it up.
